Our practice accepts most major credit cards and can work with most insurance plans.
Jo-Ann and Liz are always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. They are happy to inquire on your behalf, the particular coverage that your plan provides.
In many cases, dental insurance will assist you with the expense, not eliminate it. Our treatment recommendations are based upon your health and not upon your insurance plan or lack thereof. Every effort will be made to closely estimate your co-payment and deductions, but the ultimate responsibility of payment for services is yours. Please understand that dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company and we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of individual contracts. Our financial arrangement with you will include your estimated insurance assistance, but you are ultimately responsible for ALL treatment fees. Please let us know if you have any questions about your insurance coverage.
For your convenience, we offer 6, and 12 month deferred interest payments with credit approval through an outside finance company. Credit approval required.
